The primary goal of internship is to provide an on-the-job exposure to the practical business world and an opportunity for translation of theoretical concepts into real life situations. Students are placed in enterprises in the public and private sectors, research institutions as well as development projects. The program involves twelve weeks of organizational attachment and a report. The internship program for a student is usually organized to match the area of concentration and supervised by a faculty member. A student must earn a 2.5 CGPA before placement in the internship program. It is highly recommended that students try to arrange well in advance suitable enterprises/organizations for their internship. The selected enterprises/organizations must be approved by The School of Business. The School of Business may try to find places for them if they fail to find any themselves.
